Every major festival celebration, cricket championship, youth workshop, and food distribution drive run by BIRMINGHAM SOCIAL & CULTURAL ORGANISATION (UK) CIC is powered by the passion of our community volunteers.
Whether you can contribute 2 hours during a festive weekend or wish to join our regular organising sub-committees, we welcome your energy, ideas, and talent!

Help manage puja hall decorations, stage logistics, idol reception, seating arrangements, and guest reception during our autumn festivals.
Assist with tournament scoring, pitch preparation, player registrations, team refreshments, and umpiring coordination for cricket and badminton tournaments.
Help prepare and serve authentic traditional meals (Bhog/Prasad), coordinate food hygeine, and manage hospitality for hundreds of guests.
Support music rehearsals, drama productions, traditional dance choreography, youth rehearsals, backstage coordination, and costume design.
Capture photos and videos at events, edit event recaps, write community bulletins, and help manage BSCO's official Facebook and YouTube updates.
Engage in elder companion visits, charity food donation drives, accessibility assistance at venues, and social inclusion initiatives.
