GDPR Compliance - We (BSCO, UK) are complying with GDPR as well. We take consent from everyone associated with BSCO, UK. We have made all personal data available on request from anyone who has shared their data with us. We have requested our members and well wishers to come back to us in written format within 15 days of sharing their information if that is required to be corrected or erased. We do not store any personal information for our members and well wishers when they decide to leave the BSCO, UK. We do not use any personal data for any marketing purpose or do not share it with any third party without the consent of any individual.

We collect personal information only when voluntarily provided by you with explicit consent. This may include:

  • Contact Details: Full Name, email address, telephone / WhatsApp number, postal address.
  • Membership Information: Tier selected, payment references, date of registration, and emergency contact details for sporting tournaments.
  • Event & Puja Registrations: Attendee headcounts, cultural performance registrations, and prasad dietary preferences.
  • Volunteer Details: Specific skill areas, availability, and emergency points of contact.

3. 15-Day Correction & Erasure Request Window

In full accordance with our compliance commitment: We have requested our members and well-wishers to come back to us in written format within 15 days of sharing their information if that is required to be corrected or erased.

4. Policy on Leaving BSCO & Data Deletion

We do not store any personal information for our members and well wishers when they decide to leave the BSCO, UK. Upon receipt of your resignation or termination of membership, all associated private contact and identification records are permanently deleted from our databases and physical rosters, retaining only statutory accounting logs where mandated by UK law for Community Interest Companies.

5. Zero Unsolicited Marketing & No Third-Party Sharing

We do not use any personal data for any marketing purpose or do not share it with any third party without the consent of any individual. We never sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your contact details to third-party advertisers, external promotional entities, or commercial brokers.
